IT Operations Technician

Fiserv is seeking an IT Operations Technician to provide Tier 1 support for IBM Z-Series, IBM I-Series, FTP platforms, and storage platforms in a 24x7 enterprise environment. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience with JCL and IBM Mainframe consoles, and an Associate's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

Requirements

• 3+ year(s) of experience with JCL and IBM Mainframe consoles
• Experience with ITIL ticket systems, BMC Remedy, and/or ServiceNow
• Experience in IT support-oriented environments with established SLAs
