D-ploy is seeking a skilled IT/OT Support Specialist to provide hands-on support for IT and OT systems within a regulated production environment in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The role bridges operational technology with enterprise IT, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with industry standards. The specialist will be a key link between operational technology and enterprise IT.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of IT/OT support experience in regulated environments
Experience with industrial IT systems, SCADA/PLC, and lab software
Networking knowledge (VLAN, Firewall, Routing)
ITIL process knowledge; ServiceNow/Remedy ticketing tools
Fluency in Slovenian and English (both written and spoken)
Availability for onsite support and 24/7 on-call rotation
Candidate must declare Criminal Record no older than 3 months
