The IT Project Manager - ServiceNow is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancement projects across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management (ITSM), experience delivering and or enhancing ServiceNow modules, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) - Active EOD preferred
- B.A./B.S. or equivalent + 6 years of relevant experience
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or ServiceNow Fundamentals certification
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management with 2+ years focused on ServiceNow projects
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, modules, and implementation lifecycle
- Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall (or hybrid) delivery methods
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts and enterprise service management practices
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, predominantly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
- Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence
