IT Project Manager - ServiceNow

The IT Project Manager - ServiceNow will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancement projects across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management (ITSM), experience delivering and or enhancing ServiceNow modules, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) - Active EOD preferred
• B.A./B.S. or equivalent + 6 years of relevant experience
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or ServiceNow Fundamentals certification
• 3+ years of experience in IT project management with 2+ years focused on ServiceNow projects
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, modules, and implementation lifecycle
• Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall (or hybrid) delivery methods
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts and enterprise service management practices
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong Microsoft Office experience, predominantly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
• Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence
