We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects that align with business goals. You will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP certification required.
  • 5+ years of IT project management experience, including ERP and cloud-based implementations.
  • ITIL or ITSM certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in navigating project methodologies including Stage-Gate, Agile, and Waterfall.
  • Technically adept with the ability to understand and manage complex IT solutions.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective in conflict resolution and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and ServiceNow SPM.
