TalentFish is casting a line for an IT Regional Manager US. This is a full-time role in the New York, NY and requires five days a week on-site. The IT Regional Manager exists to oversee IT operations, staff, service quality, and technology support across multiple US offices, ensuring consistent service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and IT service best practices
- Advanced experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira
- Ability to produce, analyze, and act on service desk reports and metrics
- Deep expertise in OS installation and configuration
- Strong understanding of remote access technologies (Citrix, VPN)
- Strong understanding of wireless networking technologies (iOS)
- Knowledge of networking technologies, cabling topologies, and related systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree a plus
- 10+ years of management or supervisory experience
- 10+ years supporting end users across software, hardware, and networking environments
- 10+ years of LAN/WAN and network systems support
- 10+ years configuring, installing, and maintaining client PC operating systems
- Professional services or law firm experience preferred
