Old National Bank has been serving clients and communities since 1834. We seek a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an IT Risk Program Lead. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure the bank's IT operations are secure, compliant, and resilient.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in developing risks, associated controls, issues, and/or mitigation plans or performing controls testing over cloud-based infrastructure
  • Experience in banking or financial services is preferred
  • Proficient in GRC tools (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow, AuditBoard) and Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of information security frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, NIST) and computer applications/architecture (AD, AWS, RBAC, cloud computing)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex cybersecurity concepts to both executives and non-technical staff
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, MIS, Risk Management, or a related field
