Requirements
- Create location strategy for IT Support, considering 24/7 coverage.
- Drive automation and focus on standard ITIL practices.
- Manage and develop local IT support teams.
- Manage all local IT support operations to meet SLAs.
- Collaborate with global IT support teams and IT project management.
- Deliver weekly and monthly metrics on support operations.
- Ensure IT assets are managed and maintained to a high standard.
- Manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
