Keywords is seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to oversee first and second-line support across studios globally. The role focuses on delivering efficient and effective service to internal users, leveraging ITSM and ServiceNow tools. This is a hybrid position reporting to the Global Service Delivery Director and involves collaboration with colleagues.

Requirements

  • Create location strategy for IT Support, considering 24/7 coverage.
  • Drive automation and focus on standard ITIL practices.
  • Manage and develop local IT support teams.
  • Manage all local IT support operations to meet SLAs.
  • Collaborate with global IT support teams and IT project management.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly metrics on support operations.
  • Ensure IT assets are managed and maintained to a high standard.
  • Manage supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
