Requirements

  • IT training or equivalent qualifications
  • IT support experience and familiarity with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)
  • Technical proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to undertake occasional business trips
  • Fluency in Spanish and good command of English, both written and spoken
