Requirements
- IT training or equivalent qualifications
- IT support experience and familiarity with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)
- Technical proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to undertake occasional business trips
- Fluency in Spanish and good command of English, both written and spoken
