Requirements
- BA/BS plus at least 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Experience with Office applications
- Experience with producing data & reports
- Experience working in ServiceNow
- A passion for Service Improvement
- Experience dealing with complex IT operational issues and coordinating cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and resolution
