Systems Engineer - 2 to 3 Yrs , Service Now Support , Devops

Visa is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support its highly connected workforce. The role involves developing, maintaining, and operating IT systems and infrastructure, collaborating with internal teams, and designing user-friendly software. This is a hybrid position requiring a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and efficient independent work.

Requirements

• Develop, test, and debug new and existing functionalities
• Troubleshoot and resolve errors in the ServiceNow configuration
• Identify requirement gaps and provide configuration options
• Design and implement intuitive and user-friendly software
• Collaborate with internal customers and business analysts
• Write technical design and build documentation
• Research existing systems and analyze program/time requirements
• Participate in project meetings and daily scrums
• Hybrid work (2-3 days office, 50% or more time in office)
• Must work from office 2-3 days a week
