Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT service management, incident management, or similar role.
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar) for incident and problem management.
- Knowledge of ITIL standards and practices (ITIL certification is an asset).
