We are seeking an IT Service Management Intern to assist with active projects regarding our ITSM tool, ServiceNow, and participate in change management, major incident management, and other various projects assigned.
Requirements
- Participate in change management and major incident management.
- Participate in our ongoing ServiceNow projects.
- Gather and document requirements.
- Test and document new software functionality.
- Train users newly implemented features.
- Assist with implementation of standard operating procedure knowledge base.
