We are seeking an IT Service Management (ITSM) Lead to drive the governance and continuous development of our Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based service management processes. The role will lead a team of ITIL Process Coordinators and shape and maintain policies and procedures for core ITIL disciplines.
