Old National Bank is seeking an IT Service Management Lead to drive the governance and continuous development of our Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based service management processes. The ITSM Lead will lead a team of ITIL Process Coordinators and shape and maintain policies and procedures for core ITIL disciplines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Service Management roles
  • Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules
  • Demonstrated success in large financial services environments
