The role involves coordinating incidents and changes, driving process improvement, and ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices. They focus on aligning the IT Services with IT infrastructure and cloud solutions, and championing ITSM processes.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of ITIL v4 principles
- Mastery of the ServiceNow CMDB and Incidents modules
- Experience in critical incident management, CAB animation and operational reporting.
- Collaboration, communication skills, and a proactive, diplomatic approach.

Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent, 5+ years of ITSM experience, and ITIL v4 certification are required. Must be proficient with ServiceNow CMDB and possess strong communication & collaboration skills
