ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking a skilled IT Service Management Specialist to join their client, a leading Technology Solution Provider focused on Digital Transformation Services. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale enterprise projects, collaborating with clients and teams, and continuously improving ITSM/ITIL processes. This is a hybrid position involving office work and remote work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in ITSM/ESM projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Consulting or Technical BA role.
  • SW Engineering background
  • Experience in any ITSM product such as ServiceNow, Jira etc.
  • Solid Project Managements skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills in Greek and English
  • Ability to work individually or as a member of a larger team
  • Attention to detail and sense of accountability
  • Knowledge of ITIL / ITIL certification (optional)
