Wrist is seeking an IT Service Management Specialist to shape and improve IT processes within their Manila office. This role focuses on process governance, product ownership, and development, collaborating with internal teams and international colleagues. The position involves process implementation, coaching, and contribution to a continuous improvement culture.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with implementing and managing IT processes in a larger IT organization
- Deep knowledge of IT Service Management in theory (ITIL, etc.) and practice
- Experience with ITSM products such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
- ITIL 4 certification (Foundation level preferred)
- Project management experience or certification (PMP, Prince2)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
- Experience with IT service continuity planning
