We're looking for an IT Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Service Management team, you will be responsible for managing the team to ensure all Major Incidents across Safelite are addressed successfully in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for Problem Management processes, including root cause analysis, trends, and consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 7-9 years of experience in technology management and/or operational experience
  • 4-6 years of experience with developing and delivering training on systems, process, standards, and policy
  • 4-6 years of knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ITIL Service Management processes
