We are looking for an IT Service Manager to ensure good control of the IT chains at our staff departments, with a start date of 01-07-2025 and a duration of 12 months. The ideal candidate will proactively investigate possibilities for automation and implement these to optimize processes and ITGC.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO education
- Knowledge and experience as an application manager and/or chain management, ITIL processes (>5 years, including incident, change and user access management)
- Familiar with environments such as Microsoft Azure and ServiceNow
- Knowledge of general security standards and frameworks (such as DORA)
- Experience with working methods such as Agile/Scrum/DevOps and in the field of automation
