Requirements
- Guides teams, ensures alignment with standards
- Provides consulting for the implementation/improvement of IT service management processes
- Management and monitoring of SLAs
- Generation of performance reports and analysis of service performance
- Process mapping and standardization
- Support for certifications
Requirements Summary
Focus on process mapping, SLA management, and KPI analysis. Expertise in ITIL and ServiceNow is preferred. Experience with ISO 20000 is a plus
