The IT Software Asset Manager will support AECOM's Global IT Asset and Configuration Management practice. This position will be the technical subject matter expert, and will interface with various technologies, business partners, and vendors to oversee and ensure accurate and complete software asset data, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in finance, IT, engineering, business management or a related field
- At least 8 years of relevant IT experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Experience working in an IT Asset Management and Configuration Management (CMDB) role
- Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM and SAM Pro)
- Certifications: ITIL v3 Foundation certification, Certified IT Asset Management Professional, COBIT 5 Foundation
