IT Solution Engineer - Network Platform Services position at Schaeffler, a global technology company with opportunities for development and innovation.
Requirements
- Fundamental understanding of network technologies
- At least 2 years of experience in enterprise environments
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules in ServiceNow
- Proficiency in developing applications using low-code platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps)
- Strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Perl)
- Familiarity with Ansible or any other automation tool
- Experience with public cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid cloud environments.
- Ability to work independently and in a global distributed team.
- Language skills: speaking and writing in English / German is a plus.
