Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- 2+ years of experience in application support and development is a plus
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and SQL
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience in a support team, and taking ownership of applications
