IT Specialist

Riskified is seeking a proactive IT Specialist to be the primary IT point of contact for NY office, responsible for all on-site technology needs. This role involves providing hands-on IT support, maintaining a secure technical environment, and collaborating with the global IT team. The position is ideal for a resourceful, technically skilled professional who enjoys independent work.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in an IT Support role
• Experience handling IT tasks and problem-solving skills across macOS and SaaS environments
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and switching
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Experience with Kandji or Jamf (advantage)
