The IT Specialist is responsible for day-to-day IT support of end-users, maintaining a secure inventory of devices and equipment, and supporting IT and business projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT experience
  • IT education and 3+ years equivalent experience
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, Linux, Mobile Devices, Mac, AD, Exchange, O365, Networking and Security Services
  • Knowledge of programming languages (php, drupal, mysql, etc.)
  • ITIL v3 experience and ServiceNow or equivalent tool experience
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated personality, hands-on and flexible
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of audiovisuals and events
  • Fluent English and Spanish written and spoken
