Norgine is seeking a IT Support Analyst to provide first and second-level support across all IT aspects. The role involves incident and service request resolution, hardware and software configuration, IT training, budget management, and participating in IT projects. This is a permanent role with frequent travel and a focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written)
  • Strong proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Knowledge of GMP and regulatory guidelines (highly desirable)
  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Experience with Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Azure AD, O365, Intune)
  • Helpdesk troubleshooting expertise
  • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow

Requirements Summary
