Norgine is seeking a IT Support Analyst to provide first and second-level support across all IT aspects. The role involves incident and service request resolution, hardware and software configuration, IT training, budget management, and participating in IT projects. This is a permanent role with frequent travel and a focus on continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written)
- Strong proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in project management
- Knowledge of GMP and regulatory guidelines (highly desirable)
- Good understanding of business processes
- Experience with Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Azure AD, O365, Intune)
- Helpdesk troubleshooting expertise
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow
