Requirements
- Experience in IT/1st line support within an MS environment
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Fluency in German, Italian or Spanish
- Proven project management experience
- Knowledge of GxP, GAMP and regulatory guidelines
- Good business process understanding
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent people skills and time management skills
- Capacity to work without supervision
