Requirements

  • Experience in IT/1st line support within an MS environment
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Fluency in German, Italian or Spanish
  • Proven project management experience
  • Knowledge of GxP, GAMP and regulatory guidelines
  • Good business process understanding
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
