Talan is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide technical support for global platforms both onsite and remotely. The role involves resolving incidents, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of critical business systems. The position requires availability for international support and close collaboration with second-level teams.
Requirements
- Provide technical Level 0 and 1 support for global platforms (onsite and remote).
- Monitor and respond to critical alerts.
- Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow.
- Collaboration with second-level teams and external suppliers.
- Monitor platform performance and identify/prevent deterioration.

Requirements Summary
