NTT DATA is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their growing team in the Netherlands. The role involves diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents, assisting users with IT-related problems, and maintaining excellent customer service. Requirements

  • Good working and troubleshooting knowledge of Windows 10/11
  • Experience with an ITSM tool to update tickets on a daily basis, such as ServiceNow
  • Microsoft Active Directory knowledge and usage
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Basic TCP/IP Networking Protocols
  • Setup of wireless handheld devices such as Apple iOS iPhone / iPad
  • Coordinate activities with Help Desk, Network Services, or other IS groups
  • Ability to manage changing priorities
  • Fluent knowledge in Dutch and in English

Requirements Summary
