Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a first-line / second-line IT support role
  • Experience in supporting users on location
  • Knowledge of end-user systems such as Windows, Microsoft 365, print systems, and security basic principles
  • Skilled with hardware installations and upgrades
  • Familiar with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or a similar environment
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Proactive and service-oriented attitude, even in a dynamic logistics environment
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, Spanish is an advantage
