IT Support Analyst III

Dole Packaged Foods is seeking a full-time IT Support Analyst III to provide technology support to employees and end users. This role involves analyzing data, investigating and resolving IT issues, monitoring network performance, and ensuring the security of computer systems. The position requires on-site presence in Westlake Village, CA and occasional after-hours support.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in IT support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills
• Knowledge of IT Security fundamentals
• Familiarity with corporate applications and identity management tools
• Understanding of ITIL framework
• Experience with ServiceNow and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is a plus
