Precoa is seeking a Precoa’s IT Operations & Support Manager to lead a team and build a future-proof IT infrastructure. This hands-on leadership role involves designing scalable processes, improving support systems, and fostering strong communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver and a champion for excellence in IT service.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of IT support experience, including 2+ years managing or leading a technical support team
  • Strong background with service desk platforms (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar)
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks (certification a plus!)
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Adaptability, problem-solving, and empathy
