The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver and a champion for excellence in IT service.
Requirements
- 4+ years of IT support experience, including 2+ years managing or leading a technical support team
- Strong background with service desk platforms (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar)
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks (certification a plus!)
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and empathy
