IT Support Engineer- EUC L2, Infra L1 job description: Provide technical support for end-users, onsite hardware, and IT assets. Installation support, new user onboarding, offboarding, and executive/VIP support. Troubleshoot network and server issues, MS Windows 10, and MS Office 365.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in IT support
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
- Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies and their associated user management tools
