Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing analytical testing services. As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide IT Infrastructure support to users across the UK and Ireland.
Requirements
- Provide desk-side and remote support to users
- Set up, configure and install new PCs and associated equipment
- Provide local support for desktop, server and network infrastructure equipment
- Travel to other Eurofins UK sites may be required
- Strong hardware support skills, including maintenance of PCs, printers and other associated equipment
- Experience of basic Windows Server administration, including AD user creation, password administration, Group Policy etc.
- Strong Microsoft Office support skills
- Ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Full driving licence
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work alone and also as part of a team
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work
- Excellent time keeping
- Appropriate experience in a similar support role
- Adhering to SLAs and meeting KPIs
