AVASO TECH is seeking a Site Technology Servicing Engineer EUL2 to provide onsite IT technical support for users and IT assets. The role involves end-user support, server setup and troubleshooting, VPN configuration, and managing IT asset lifecycle. This role requires coordinating with both onsite and backend teams and managing projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in IT support
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
- Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Plant environment knowledge
- Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies
- Self-disciplined and highly motivated
- Good decision-making skills
