Provide IT technical support to users and onsite hardware within specified locations, including desktop, laptop, and server support, as well as installation and troubleshooting of software and hardware.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in IT support in a corporate enterprise environment
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
- Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Self-disciplined and highly motivated
- Good decision-making skills
