AVASO TECH is seeking an EUC L2 IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support to its users and hardware. This role involves desktop, laptop, and server support, as well as coordination with IT assets management and vendor support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Windows 7/10, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office applications, and able to handle the challenges of a fast-paced IT environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT support
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
  • Understanding of Active Directory
  • Plant environment knowledge and Experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies
  • Self-disciplined and highly motivated
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload based on SLA’s and user impact
