The IT Support Specialist position is responsible for developing processes, documenting, and supporting TEGNA's server and workstation platforms within the Charlotte Hub. This position will work effectively with other IT teams, corporate departments, and business units to ensure smooth operation of TEGNA's IT platforms.

Requirements

  • College degree or higher
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience with server and/or end-user computing orchestration, management, and monitoring toolsets
  • Experience with automation of system management with ServiceNow
