IT Application Support Specialist responsible for investigating and troubleshooting application issues, feature requests, and bug resolution. Will work closely with IT Support, Database, and Application Development teams.
Requirements
- Provide first level technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for hardware and software in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device issues or problems with device hardware and software
- Manage trouble tickets using the client designated corporate ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Escalate trouble tickets with the appropriate Tier 3 support when more advanced troubleshooting is required
