Trace3 is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist II to provide technical support, manage hardware lifecycle, and deliver site administration. This role requires complex incident handling, escalation, and collaboration with various IT teams. The position is onsite in Grand Rapids, MI.
Requirements
- Coordinate laptop replacement lifecycle.
- Serve as the escalation point for Tier 1 support.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Office 365, VPN, and enterprise applications.
- Support SharePoint Online, SharePoint content management, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain compliance with IT security and operational policies.
- Troubleshoot networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, wireless).
