Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in onsite IT support or field support within an international environment
  • Strong expertise in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and standard office applications
  • Good understanding of macOS
  • Basic knowledge of network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi)
  • Excellent communication, customer focus, pedagogy, and documentation accuracy
  • Fluent French and professional English (B2+ required); Italian is a plus
