This is a rotational coverage role, with a rotating schedule of weekdays and weekends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of IT support experience (on-site or remote)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
