We are looking for an IT System Administrator - Focus Backup & Storage for the IT department at our Frankfurt am Main, DE location. The ideal candidate will have experience in scripting and automation using various tools and knowledge of backup and archiving systems, storage systems, and IT processes according to ITIL.
Requirements
- Scripting and automation experience using Git, Terraform, Crossplane, PowerShell, and Ansible
- Knowledge of backup and archiving systems (Cohesity, TSM)
- Experience with storage systems (NAS, Object Storage, SAN)
- Experience with Linux or Windows operating systems
- Understanding of networks, virtualization, and cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Collaboration application experience (MS SharePoint and Teams)
- Good knowledge of IT processes according to ITIL and associated tools (ServiceNow)
- Conversational fluency in English (writing and speaking)
- Very good German language skills
