IT Systems and Network Administrator

The IT Systems and Network Administrator will manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, covering server administration, network devices, cloud services, virtualization, and IT service management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
• Approximately 3 years of hands-on experience in systems and network administration with virtualization exposure
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, and VPNs
• Experience with SD-WAN technology and platforms (e.g., Cisco Viptela, VMware VeloCloud, Fortinet)
• Proficiency in VMware vSphere virtualization technologies including ESXi and vCenter
• Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory management
• Knowledge in firewall and VPN configuration for secure networking
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Amazon AWS cloud service management
• Experience working with ServiceNow or comparable IT service management tools
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Google Workspace Administrator, and VMware certifications (VCP or VCTA) are highly desirable
• Clear communication and excellent documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
