PSI is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to evaluate, test, and implement IT infrastructure systems. The role will focus on maintaining and upgrading company IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, and security systems like Azure/MS 365. The position is based in Taipei, Taiwan, and involves translating complex technical requirements into clear and simple guidelines.
Requirements
- University Degree in Computer Science or the like
- Full working proficiency in English
- Expert knowledge and experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP routing and switching on Cisco CCNA or greater level (certification is a plus)
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory (including ADFS, PKI)
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Microsoft Exchange in high-available and hybrid configurations
- Experience with SCCM and/or ServiceNow
- Cloud solution experience
- Basic administration of Linux servers
- Experience with setting up centralized monitoring and logging systems (Splunk, Zabbix, Nagios/Icinga etc.)
- Experience with Veeam Backup
- Experience in managing HP/HPE hardware and VMware vCenter servers
- Knowledge of virtualization concepts
