IT Systems Technician

As an IT System Technician, you'll join xAI's IT team and dive into hands-on technical tasks to support, troubleshoot, and optimize our critical IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as installing updates, patching systems, and monitoring system performance
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT hardware
• Assist with creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts in systems like Active Directory
• Support basic network tasks, such as configuring workstations for network connectivity
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support tickets, and procedures
• Track and manage IT hardware and software inventory
• Follow security protocols and assist in implementing basic security measures
• Work closely with the IT Systems/Network Administrator and other team members to support IT projects
• Provide basic training and guidance to employees on using IT systems, software, and tools effectively
