We are looking for an IT Technical Advisor II to manage and improve the reliability of our systems. As an Incident Coordinator, you will be responsible for incident management, post-mortem analysis, and documentation, as well as facilitating collaboration between teams and departments.

Requirements

  • University or college degree in a relevant field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in site reliability engineering or IT incident and problem management
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, as well as data analysis tools like PowerBI and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and executive briefing preparation
  • Ability to document and present results clearly and concisely
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA for task management and incident tracking
  • Bilingual (French and English)

Requirements Summary
