We are looking for an IT Technical Advisor II to manage and improve the reliability of our systems. As an Incident Coordinator, you will be responsible for incident management, post-mortem analysis, and documentation, as well as facilitating collaboration between teams and departments.
Requirements
- University or college degree in a relevant field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in site reliability engineering or IT incident and problem management
- Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, as well as data analysis tools like PowerBI and Excel
- Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and executive briefing preparation
- Ability to document and present results clearly and concisely
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA for task management and incident tracking
- Bilingual (French and English)
