ManageEngine is looking for a Technical Consultant to deliver end-to-end presales and technical support for its IT management solutions. The role requires strong IT skills, consulting experience, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will engage with customers and partners, provide cutting-edge IT management tools and services, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong IT skills with a solid understanding of IT Service Management, IT operations management, Digital Workpalce, IT security, and observability.
- Previous experience in a technical consulting role, particularly in IT Service Management, IT operations management, Digital Workplace, IT security, infrastructure monitoring and Observability.
- Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow, Ivanti, Splunk, Darktrace, LogRhythm, Halo, SolarWinds or similar platforms is essential.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory for this role.
