This IT Technical Coordinator role supports, troubleshoots, and manages end-user technology at a Port Botany Terminal. Responsibilities include system administration, incident management, and working closely with the IT team to implement and maintain end-user systems. This is a permanent, terminal-based position within an IT infrastructure context.
Requirements
- 1+ year in EUC support role
- Exposure to Logistics / Supply Chain environments
- Desktop and Infrastructure support experience with troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Operations teams and Business-related IT systems
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
Requirements Summary
1+ year EUC support exp. Logistics/Supply Chain experience preferred. Familiarity with ITIL and Office 365, troubleshooting, and basic automation skills
